Answer:

The China Patent Inquiry System (CPQUERY) does not provide the full text of applicants’ arguments. It provides full-text office actions only for patent applications filed on or after February 10, 2010.

A request may be made to SIPO to obtain prosecution documents, including office actions and responses, but only for granted patents that remain in force.

CPQUERY has interfaces in Chinese, English, German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Korean and Russian, and its data are updated weekly.
