matters includes: Trademark Search Our search services include
mark searches and registrant/applicant searches. The former covers the word
mark search and device mark search, and the latter refers to the searches for
all the trademark applications and registrations in the name of the same
applicant or registrant recorded in the Trademark Registry. Trademark Registration Our service for trademark
registration includes filing new application, forwarding and responding to
office actions, notifying of publication and forwarding trademark
registration certificates. Trademark Review The review applications
includes: review against refusal; opposition review; review against the
cancellation action based on non-use; etc. Trademark Cancellation This service includes the
Cancellation action based on non-use for three consecutive years, and
Disputation on cancellation. The first one shall be filed with the CTMO,
while the second one shall be filed with the TRAB. Recognition of well-known marks There is no separate
procedure to recognize the well-known marks in China, and our attorneys are
capable of handling the recognition during the prosecution of opposition,
opposition review, disputation, administrative actions against the
infringement, litigation, etc. Trademark Monitor We're able to monitor the
Official Gazette published weekly by the Chinese Trademark Office, notify our
clients of the publication of potentially conflicting trademarks, and will
file oppositions against them if authorized by the clients. Others Trademark renewal,
opposition, response to the opposition, recordal of
license agreement, amendment of name and address of the applicant/registrant,
