According to the officially published PPH related data※, from July to December 2021, in China, for the conventional PPH, the average time from the filing of the PPH request to the issuance of the first office action is 1.6 months, and the average time from filing the PPH request to the issuance of the final examination results is 10.7 months, and an average of one office action was issued during substantive examination of applications using PPH.
