The following is the pendency and the number of office actions for PPH (including PCT-PPH) accepted by China, the United States, Japan and South Korea. For Japan and South Korea, the upper row in the table indicates the corresponding data of National PPH, and the lower row indicates the corresponding data of PCT-PPH. In 2022, the patent grant rate of PPH cases in the United States, Japan and South Korea exceeded 80%. China has not disclosed the grant rate of PPH cases.
