Since February 7, 2023 (inclusive), the CNIPA has fully implemented the electronic patent certificates.
If the applicant obtains the patent rights by filing electronic application, the electronic patent certificate shall be downloaded through the patent processing system; if the applications obtain the patent rights by filing application in paper form, the electronic patent certificates shall be downloaded in accordance with the method notified in the Notification on Obtaining the Electronic Patent Certificate.
