At present, foreign applicants can search for identical or similar trademarks, general information of trademarks, and status of trademarks on the website of China Trademark Office (https://sbj.cnipa.gov.cn/sbj/index.html). However, the search of trademark gazette, trademark public documents, trademark registration certificate and other sections require user registration and login to use. It is suggested that the applicants register their accounts as soon as possible to facilitate the use of more query functions.
