The Provisional Regulations on Disclosure of Enterprise Information were promulgated on August 7, 2014 and took effect on October 1. They implement the replacement of annual enterprise inspections with public annual reports under the registered-capital reform plan.
Enterprises must submit their previous year's annual report through the Enterprise Credit Information Disclosure System between January 1 and June 30 each year and disclose relevant operating information.
The Regulations also require enterprises to disclose IP pledge registration information through that system within 20 working days after the information is generated.
