During the procedure of trademark registration application, when can a divisional application be filed?

In accordance with the Article 22 of the Implementing Regulations of the Chinese Trademark Law, in case the China Trademark Office (CTMO) rejects part of designated goods in a trademark registration application, the applicant may divide the part of the application that passes the preliminary examination into another application, and such divided application will keep the filing date of the original application.
